3) Copyright & No Re-transmission of Information:

Todayq as well as the design and information contained in this site is valuable and exclusive property of Todayq, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity. If a user faces any loss in the future in his/her portfolio designed by us then Todayq is not responsible and no refunds/compensation will be given at any cost. A user may lose his some/full investment in cryptocurrencies as it includes market/legal/technical risk & in such case Of loss Todayq & it's employees are not responsible.

Special Trading: Todayq special trading is done by Today's experts which includes 0% risk.  Software services are currently under development and will be available soon. For now a user who will buy 6 Months trading plan can avail special trading in advance which will be done manually. This trading is completely dependent on market situation & is done 0-30 times a month. If the market is not good or whatsoever reason then this trade will not be performed. The 6 Months Plan user, if want to avail this special trading has to send their funds to Todayq & can then keep getting returns. The profit in this special trading varies between 0.1% to 5%. The profit earned from trading will be divided between user & the team by 70/30 in which user will get 70% profit and 30% will be taken by team. A user can withdraw his/her investment anytime by sending an email to the team or telephonic support & the amount will be sent back to the respective account within 0-7 Days. If in case theirs any issue in withdrawal from our end then a user may need to wait for more time then expected.

If Todayq takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this User Agreement, including collection of any amounts due here under, Todayq. shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of any litigation.

15) ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

16) TERMINATION:

This User Agreement and the license rights granted here under shall remain in full force. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Few Reasons;

(a) immediately by Todayq for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) immediately by Todayq if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which Todayq may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Todayq. The fee charged if any for access to Todayq & it's services is non-refundable for any reason.

17) JURISDICTION

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Indore, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph..
